Bob has been involved
in ministry for over 40 years. However, ministry wasn't Bob's
first occupation. For many years he owned a successful
construction business but deep in his heart he knew there was
something else he should be doing. Youth work was the
answer. At first he served as a "volunteer" youth
leader but when the youth group became one of the largest in South
Jersey, Bob and Joan felt the need to go "fulltime." They sold the
business and began decades of fulltime ministry.
While serving as a youth pastor, Bob saw the need for a place that
ministered exclusively to troubled girls. In 1975 Bob and Joan
started a home for troubled girls that they directed until their first
retirement in 2001. That ministry - Nikos Academy - is now a
part of Ranch Hope and it continues to change lives.
After a few years of relaxing and traveling around the country, Bob and Joan
agreed to "help out" their oldest son Randy at Discovery -
that simple promise has turned into a commitment that has changed the
lives of many. Whether greeting visitors, scheduling set-up or
running a small group, Bob and Joan can be found in the middle of the
action! They truly are the friendliest faces at Voorhees!!!
Little known facts: Bob was an All-State running back at Overbrook High
School, Bob caddied at Pine Valley Golf Course, Bob was ordained by
Calvary Chapel in St. Petersburg, Florida, Joan holds the record for
the number of auto accidents in one single day in the city of
Philadelphia!
In their "spare time," Bob and Joan can be found doing repair work at
their children's homes, babysitting their "perfect"
grandchildren, or watching Gaither's Homecoming videos (yes, people
really do watch that stuff!!!!). Bob and
Joan reside in Medford. Of special
note, each of Bob and Joan's children are active in ministry - a
testament to their parenthood and example.

Trent Booth is the National Recruiting Manager for Vector Marketing Corporation as well as Weekend Communicator at Discovery Church in New Jersey. Since 1994, Trent has trained thousands of individuals in sales, marketing, and business management.
For the past 13 years Trent Booth has researched, observed, and coached individuals from all walks of life—sales representatives, secretaries, educators, small business owners, and even stay-at-home parents.
As an inspirational speaker at corporate conferences, colleges and high schools, Trent’s messages have included such topics as: leadership, recruiting dynamics, effecting change, ‘breakaway thinking’ as well as sales and presentation skills.
Personal: Originally from Western Canada, Trent and his wife Kristy have been married for eight years and reside with their three children Kaitlyn, Jacob, and Rebekah in South Jersey. Chris Gregas is a 1985 graduate of Philadelphia Biblical University with a
counseling degree and has been an ordained pastor and a
counselor/teacher in various churches for over 20 years. Chris has
taught on the college level and has hosted a radio program. Chris is
a frequent counselor to Christians who have spiritual needs.
Chris’ passion and purpose in life is to powerfully teach God’s
Word to God’s people and see them become more like Jesus Christ.

Chris recently celebrated his fifteenth anniversary and is married to
Janet. God has blessed them with 4 children - Alicia,
Andrew, Aaron, and Ashlyn. They reside in Sewell,
